Research and Other Projects

My
research activities are motivated by my interests in the study of American Political Institutions, Congressional Elections, Representation, and Data Science/Quantitative Methods. More specifically, my research is focused on better understanding how institutional factors impact the relationship between the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government, as well as how both institutional and electoral factors influence congressional elections from the perspective of both the candidates and voters. I provide links to my published and ongoing research below.
